I will be brief and concise. A state with a capital "S" does not prevent its people, he listens and understands. Do not ignore imprisoning thousands of students in his "palace", as far as invisible. The state should be our response to problems, not the cause. A state must be made coherent and competent people, not puppets, quaquaraquà and mystifying.
